Bekah Cochran is a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Greater Downtown Realty in Chattanooga and serves the entire greater Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Bekah began her real estate career in 2007 right after graduating from UTC. Starting (and staying) with such a dynamic company, she has had the opportunity to learn and grow with the very best in Chattanooga. Bekah’s business is founded on building solid, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and industry professionals (from lenders to inspectors). Because each listing and buying client is unique, Bekah has built her team to help ensure every real estate need is met during the process.

The Bekah Cochran Team supports Bekah in research – finding your house, marketing – selling your house, open houses, showings, and will walk with you from contract to close.

Bekah is an active member of the community, as well as a member of the Chi Omega Alumni Chapter. She’s a proud member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors. Bekah lives on Signal Mountain with her husband Clay, and four children, Cole, Charlotte Grace, Fischer, and another one on the way. “I love being a part of this amazing community, and I love helping my clients find their perfect home.”

Kim Love grew up in Lebanon, TN, and received her BS in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2000. Kim interned in both Knoxville and Washington DC for United States Senator Fred Thompson while in college. After graduating in 2000, Kim moved to DC to work as a Staff Assistant, Press Assistant, and Assistant Scheduler for Senator Thompson. It was in DC that Kim met her husband Aaron. After DC, Kim moved back to TN to work state political campaigns. After an adventure across the country and five months in Montana, Kim then moved back to Memphis with her husband Aaron and enjoyed working as a marketing and executive assistant at Valley Consumer Products Group. The Loves moved back to Chattanooga in 2007 and Kim worked as the Phonathon Director at McCallie School. In 2010, she left McCallie to have her first son, William. Twenty months later the Loves welcomed their second son, Joseph. She joined The Bekah Cochran Team in 2014 as the Contract to Close Coordinator.  She became a Realtor in 2015 to better serve clients.

Amanda Garrison is originally from Kentucky, but moved to Chattanooga in 2013 after completing her Bachelors Degree from Western Kentucky University. She is a WKU Co-ed Cheerleading Alumni and Chi Omega Alumni. In Chattanooga, she has affiliated with the Chattanooga Area Chi Omega Alumni Association and plays in a kickball league. In 2013, she became a Realtor and joined the Bekah Cochran Team (BCT) in October 2015. Amanda is the BCT Listing Director as well as a buyers agent specializing in Investment Properties, 1031 Exchanges, First-Time Home Buyers, and homes for growing families. Amanda loves to travel, visiting over 17 Countries and 5 Continents. In her free time, she is usually learning first hand about other countries and cultures.

Laine was born and raised in Franklin, TN before attending college at UTC where I studied Early Childhood Education. After attending college I met my husband Frank, who was born and raised in Chattanooga. We recently purchased the home he grew up in and have spent the last year making it our own with some small renovations and redecorating. I was a manager of a local restaurant for over 5 years before deciding to make a career change to real estate. Bekah has been my mentor from the very beginning, so naturally I am so excited to be on the Bekah Cochran team specializing as a buyer’s agent!

Susan was born and raised in Chattanooga and graduated with a B.S. from UTC. She loves the outdoors and what Chattanooga and it’s surrounding areas have to offer. She can often be found at local music venues such as Track29 and Revelry Room tending bar or just enjoying the live music. She has 3 awesome nephews whom she loves to spend time with any chance she gets.

Sara serves the Bekah Cochran Team as the Team/Office Administrator. Originally from Nashville, she moved to Chattanooga to attend college and fell in love with the city & culture. Sara attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she was active in Delta Zeta Sorority & received her B.S. in K-12 Physical Education. While at UTC Sara met her husband, Zac, and they now live happily by the lake with their 2 dogs, Tiberius and April. When Sara is not working, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors, shopping, working on home projects, or spending time with family.
