So what’s your preference?  Stainless, Black, White?  Or are you a consumer report junkie and base your decisions on the market research or is it more what you are seeing on HGTV, or in your favorite home magazine or blog – maybe a combination of both?  Whatever your angle is make sure the appliances all coordinate in style or brand…   Depending on the buyers personality, that can be a huge turn off or even a deal breaker.  Believe it or not, not everyone loves stainless appliances and beyond the cosmetic style they want appliances that have five star ratings.  So, before you spend the investment for new appliances think about what you would want in your home, and what is going to bring you greater return should you sell.  The truth is spending the money on the front end can actually net you a larger return in the long run!
