Before you go in to see a lender, be sure and do some research on the types of loans. There is fixed, adjustable, government insured, and more. While doing research, read the fine print and prepare any questions you may have for a lender. That being said, take some time to find a good lender as well. Finding an excellent lender and a loan may not be easy but it sure can be worth it.
