Reality: A little bit of compromise.

Unless you custom build a property there are going to be things you would change.  Buying a house can be complicated, and most buyers have champagne taste on a beer budget.  For example, the property they want in a certain location isn’t always in their budget.  So as a buyer you have to pick what’s most important to you.

Is it location, price, size, layout, or the style of house that is most important to you?

Once a buyer makes a solid decision, then the realtor can properly guide them on how to find options that fit their needs.

Then you will find THE PROPERTY that will become what you’ve long searched for: HOME (full of memories and life)!!
