The BCT offers in-house transaction coordinators to walk you through the contract-to-close process. Our transaction coordinators communicate with your lender, title company, co-op agents, home and pest inspectors and everyone in between to coordinate, organize, and keep you moving down the timeline to the closing table. Basically, the transaction coordinator handles all of the logistics, so your agent can focus on being your advocate.
Did you know that as soon as you have a binding contract, the clock starts ticking? There is a very detailed timeline (which is laid out and explained in all Purchase and Sale Agreements) which you must follow to keep your transaction on track and intact. You will receive an email from your transaction coordinator in expedited fashion after your contract goes binding (accepted), to give you all time line details and keep you one step ahead the whole time.
