A loan can make or break a home buying process. I want my clients to work with a lender who is experienced, knowledgeable, flexible, and proactive through the process. Through the years I have built a portfolio of local lenders that can get the loan closed. Buyers – you have to be READY!! Send the lender the requested documents when they ask for them, because lack of prompt cooperation can lead to delays in our short timeline… Simply put, crossing the finish line to close has everything to do with speedy compliance with your lender.
