Compromise. No one wants to compromise, especially when buying a house. Before starting on your adventure of purchasing a home, make a few lists, “Must Have”, “Would Like”, and “Absolutely Not”. Share this list with your Realtor and together see if this list is obtainable in your ideal location and with your budget. If so, WONDERFUL! If not, refine your list and whether it is drive time to work, school district or budget, make sure you don’t compromise on the things most important to you.
