Folks, we all love to express ourselves, social media is a prime example of this strong need for all of us to be seen and heard.  However, for some this need might translate to profound words on walls in our home.  Yes, I am talking about those super clever and cute wall decals.  If you are listing your home, I humbly and kindly ask you to remove the decals.  No matter how witty, clever, profound, moving  or cute they are, potential buyers may only see something else that they will have to “do” (ie., remove the decal).  You know what’s great new trend?  These cool wood signs that have all kinds of clever, witty, profound, moving, cute (and easily removed) sayings on them too!
