There are so many aspects to consider when deciding whether to live in the heart of the city or in the calm suburbs. Each person is different and so is every city, so there is no cookie cutter answer. Know what you value and write it down as you start comparing and brainstorming where to live. Would you rather own or rent? Do you want to worry about repairs or be able to call a landlord? The space you get for your money is also at odds. If you like the condensed life style, consider the city. However, if you dream of a large yard and all the kids’ toys spread out, maybe you should pursue into the suburbs. Look into the school district as well and see if either choice provides what you want at an affordable price.
